The prices shown on our website include VAT for UK orders only. The VAT rate differs between different countries, but regardless of VAT rate in your country, the listing price is the same, just the part of the price which is VAT tax differs depending on destination country.
TAXES OUTSIDE THE UK
There is no VAT on any items or orders from outside the UK. When browsing on our shop from outside the UK, use our Geo-locator on top of the page and select your country if not auto-selected. The prices displayed after applying the correct location are without VAT and if applicable, shown in your local currency which will also be used in the checkout to complete your order.
All parcels shipped to outside the UK are Delivered At Place (DAP), meaning that any customs or import duties are charged by UPS before delivery. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. There are duty calculators available online to estimate your tax and duty, or contact your national customs office for more information about importing to your country.

- Once you have processed a return you have a further 14 calendar days to return your item(s) to us. After this time, we will not be able to accept any returns.
- The return postage has a fee of £3 and will be deducted from the refund of your order (UK orders). For international customers, you aslo have 14 calendar days of receiving your order to get in touch with us through sales@intro-clothing.com in order to get a returns authorization.
