How long will my order take be delivered?
All items ordered before 2pm are sent out the same day, for the UK we aim to deliver by the next working day. For international orders please allow approximately 5 working days to receive the order.
Are you official stockists?
We are official stockists for all the brands that we stock online and in-store.

Intro was established in 2000 and is proud to be a family run independent store.
Are my details secure?
Intro does not pass on any customer information to third parties and is not privy to your account details as we use secure servers with SagePay and Paypal.

How long does it take for you to reply to emails or contact forms?
We aim to reply to all questions within 24 hours of submitting an email or contact form, but on the odd occasion we may receive a high volume of emails, so please allow up to 48 hours before re-submitting your questions.
