- Once you have processed a return you have a further 14 calendar days to return your item(s) to us. After this time, we will not be able to accept any returns.
- The return postage has a fee of £3 and will be deducted from the refund of your order (UK orders). For international customers, you aslo have 14 calendar days of receiving your order to get in touch with us through sales@intro-clothing.com in order to get a returns authorization.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS 2024
We have extended our usual returns policy during the festive period.
We will refund for items purchased online until Sunday 5th January 2025.
Items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition within their original packaging.
