To make your festive shopping easier, we’re extending our returns period for the holidays. All orders placed between 4th December and 24th December can be returned or exchanged until 9th January 2026. This gives you extra peace of mind when gifting this Christmas season.
- You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to return any item(s) for an exchange, credit, or refund.
- To initiate a return/exchange please go to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/7910.
- Once you have processed a return you have a further 14 calendar days to return your item(s) to us. After this time, we will not be able to accept any returns.
- The return postage has a fee of £3 and will be deducted from the refund of your order (UK orders). For international customers, you aslo have 14 calendar days of receiving your order to get in touch with us through sales@intro-clothing.com in order to get a returns authorization.
